Welcome to Université Libre des Sciences de l’Entreprise et des Technologies de Bruxelles “ ULSETB”(a.i.s.b.l.) an university of international reach that extends from old Europe to the entire world, contributing to the development of culture and the advancement of knowledge, and about which you need to know.

• It does not belong to the European System of Higher Education. Our academic activity is as well represented in Associated Centers as it is in distance learning, and extends selectively beyond the European Union.
• Its degrees, diplomas and certificates are private, and cannot be used professionally and do not enjoy official validation or government backing.
• Its academic grades are granted in recognition of effort, personal merit and application to the studies as demonstrated by its students.

It is a non-profit university (it is a AISBL established under the protection of the legislation of Kingdom of Belgium, with Royal Decree Nº 6/CH/15223/S ).Therefore:

• We have no interest in being a common community, but rather an elite one. We concentrate on the quality rather than the quantity of our members.
• We specialize in business sciences and technologies, e.g. space technology, chosen for the sustainable progress of population and the improvement of the quality of life. But without ignoring general studies, humanities, juridical sciences, education, philosophy, history and what we refer to as “ the study of reality”(as it is and not as we would like it to be) where quantum physics is seen as the new frontier.
• We prefer graduates to students. So that we preferentially accept graduates from other universities who incorporate themselves into our university community to seek advancement after having passed a previous basic university education in their respective countries.

• As a non-profit university we are not interested in “catching customers” but in the excellence and commitment to personal progress.
• We select our students carefully and for this reason, we do not provide internal information about the university unless those interested can be identified easily and have expressed their motives and interests.
• We do not supply telephone information because we are not a telephone center that attends the curious or bored or those with personal fantasies or those who are anxious.
• All the relevant information can be obtained electronically. And if you do not receive an answer within a fortnight of your first consultation, it is because we do not wish to invite you to join our university community and therefore it would be better for you to seek enrolment elsewhere.
• Our students know perfectly well who to contact and how to do it.
